GoatPick is a game among friends, provided “as is”. The publisher makes every effort to ensure the service's availability and accuracy, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation — in particular for match data, provided by a third party.

The game involves no money stake and no winnings: it does not fall under gambling regulations.
